I've always been happy with the care my pets have received here. We've been going for about 6 years. The staff is also very personable and sensitive with owners. Yesterday we took our new kitten and we really like the new doctor, Dr. Ikles (I hope I spelled that correctly!). She was very kind and upbeat and very personable, and made sure to tell my daughter (6) everything she needed to know about taking care of her new baby. Yes, if you try to do a Saturday walk-in visit, you are apt to wait a long time, because they are one of the only clinics in town that sees emergencies, often saving their clients hundreds or thousands of dollars over having to go to the A&M small animal clinic. I know that they have always handled any of my pets' emergencies that occur during hours they are open, even staying very late into the night to take care of my fur babies. (Of course, my dogs always preferred to have their emergencies after- hours and on holidays, necessitating trips to A&M.) Actually, the reason we switched to this clinic in the first place is because they have more diagnostic and imaging tools available than the clinic we were previously using. They've seen me through tragedy, trauma, and joy, and have always been excellent. I couldn't ask for more from a veterinary clinic.

I moved to Bryan for school and didn’t have a primary vet in the area for my cat. Which was fine until she suddenly stopped eating and started experiencing swelling on her face. I was so scared for her and tried calling around so many different vet offices in the area, but none had the time to see her since she wasn’t a current patient. With each call, I was becoming more worried, holding back tears while talking to the different offices in the area. Finally I called Bryan Animal Clinic and was immediately received with so much sympathy. It felt like the person I was talking to was worried about my cat as well and they made me feel so much less alone. They said the office was booked the entire day but that they would make time to see her. And they did. It was hard to diagnose, but the vets were able to figure out what was wrong. Through multiple procedures, surgeries, and medications, they were able to get Diana back to her normal, healthy, pain-free self. And I am so, so grateful. I’ve used this vet office for their medical and boarding services, and I have been incredibly happy with both. 1) I highly recommend making sure your pet has a primary vet wherever you live, just in case anything comes up and 2) I highly recommend considering the Bryan Animal Clinic for that vet.

We've been there several times and it's time to review. This entire organization - top to bottom, gets it right. There's effective communication with me about our pooches, consistent and authentic care and compassion for animals, highly skilled veterinary care at competitive rates, and overtly helpful staff - each one with some "snap". Even though they're big and busy - we were treated as individuals and our pets were honestly important to them. Highly Recommend ...

Absolutely love this facility and their staff. From the front office, to the technicians, to Dr. Walker herself- everyone was so nice and so patient. They were so attentive to my sweet girl who just didn’t feel good. Taking my babies to the vet is so hard for me because I don’t like them to be scared or uncomfortable and the staff here made it 1000000x easier on both of us.
